Please call the front desk at (541) 257 2140 to schedule appointments. Guests are encouraged to schedule spa appointments well in advance; however, we will do our best to accommodate last minute bookings.
A credit card number will hold your appointment in accordance with our 24 hour cancellation policy, but any payment method can be used at the time of service.
Only select services are available to schedule online due to the complexity of scheduling and availability of equipment & resources. We always ask that you call to schedule over the phone when scheduling multiple services and/or multiple guests.
If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment we require at least 24 hours notice.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled in less than the required time will be charged for the full amount to the credit card on file. No show appointments will also be charged in full to the payment method provided at the time of booking. Cancellation and no-show charges will not be refunded or applied towards any future appointments or purchases.
If it is your first visit to the spa, we suggest arriving 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment to find parking downtown, complete any necessary intake forms, and allow for a relaxing check-in process.
Should you arrive late, your service time will be shortened to accommodate the next guest’s appointment.
To maintain the serenity of our spa we ask that all cellular phones be turned off upon arrival.
Downtown parking can a challenge on weekends and during the farmer’s market. Please make sure to bring meter change and allow extra time when necessary.

Robes, sandals and a personal locker are provided if you are using the sanctuary.
It is customary to completely disrobe for most massages and body treatments. However; undergarments may be worn during treatments if you prefer. All of our therapists are skilled in proper draping procedures to ensure your complete comfort and privacy.
Services are non-refundable. Most products can be returned for spa credit or exchanged within 14 days. In most cases, a receipt is not necessary as purchases are tracked in guest accounts.

We accept all major credit cards.
Gift Certificates are available and may be purchased online or in person for any amount. Our gift certificates never expire and can be used toward any product or service in our salon & spa.
Please note that service pricing varies by provider. Therefore, we recommend purchasing gift certificates for an amount rather than a service.
Please call to inquire about group availability and scheduling. Group appointments are scheduled under contract and require pre-payment with mandatory 20% gratuity.
While not expected, gratuities may be given at your discretion 15% – 20% is customary. For group bookings of 5 or more individuals, a 20% gratuity will be added by our group coordinator.
Guests must be 18 years of age for Spa Appointments. Guests under the age of 18 are allowed in the salon for hair services with a parent or guardian for the duration of the appointment.
